After completing his law degree from Birmingham Mr. Manku spent a year working in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA in the felony department of the public defenders office. After which he qualified as a NY Attorney at Law.

Prior to forming Sawarn & Co. Ltd, he was in private practice with law firms in London, Birmingham and New York, primarily working in commercial and corporate law, dealing with contracts, property, estate administration, employment and litigation, as well as working in the Personal Injury department.

His invaluable experience from training in America and London with large and medium sized firms benefits our firms’ clients with the ability to be advised and represented on wide range of legal matters.

Mr. Manku is an experienced Solicitor and Attorney at Law with over 25 years in the legal field, specialising in corporate and business matters including licensing, family and children matters, immigration, wills and probate, employment, conveyancing, and debt recovery. He has worked across multiple law firms, including his current role at Sawarn & Co., since 2007, where he continues to develop his expertise in these areas.

Mr. Manku has completed professional development courses, further strengthening his knowledge and skills in both commercial and residential conveyancing, wills, immigration law, probate and estate administration, family, licensing, as well as representation of corporate clients on matters including incorporation of new companies and employment issues, restrictive covenants, breach of contract, debt recovery and misappropriation of trade secrets and much more.

He has worked extensively in litigation, conveyancing, family, employment, wills and probate, immigration, and commercial property departments, building a strong track record in these areas. In licensing, Mr. Manku has advised clients on a wide range of matters, including business licensing and regulatory compliance. Mr. Manku is well-versed in handling complex cases.
